About Joom.com Payment Method?
Joom.com offers a variety of payment methods. Credit/debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, AMEX, and Discover are accepted. The process is simple, just enter your card details in the corresponding fields and click "Pay".

Joom.com Return Policy?
Joom.com has a clear Return Policy. If an item has no defects and matches the description, but you simply don’t like it, or it doesn’t fit you well — you can return it within 14 days after the delivery. The product must be in its original, resalable condition and packaging. To receive instructions on how to return an item, you need to contact their support team. You will be responsible for any associated shipping costs. Once the return is confirmed, they'll refund the order. The money should be transferred back to your account within the next 7–14 days. The return expenses will not be covered by Joom or the seller — those will be on you. Certain items, which include but are not limited to underwear, swimwear, bra, bra tops, camisoles, pyjamas, baby products, socks, compression stockings and compression pantihose if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken, cannot be returned.
As for the Shipping Policy, as a rule, their merchants have 11 to 15 days to ship a package. If they fail to do that, the order will be refunded automatically.
